Relax in our treetop Amelia Island getaway!!   The Kiernan Getaway condo has been remodeled and is fully stocked to help you unwind from the busy world and enjoy some R&R time.  It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach!

**The condo is on the THIRD FLOOR - 33 steps up - NO ELEVATOR BUT WELL WORTH THE STAY**

The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker with filters, a K Cup coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a stock of spices and basic needs for an easy cooking time in the kitchen.  There is also a washer/dryer in a kitchen closet with detergent pods provided.  The kitchen opens into the comfortable living room which offers a 55 inch Smart TV with a HBOMax subscription and other streaming options.  The master bedroom is a queen bed and has streaming TV through Roku,  along with its own private bathroom and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch.  The second bedroom has twin beds with its own private bathroom as well.  Dining for four is comfortable in the open floor plan living space or you can dine out on the screened in porch.  The condo includes some basic essentials - cleaning supplies, TP,  dish detergent, soap at every sink, cleaning detergent, as well as linens, blankets, extra pillows, towels and beach towels are all included.

The property has swimming pool surrounded by pool chairs to relax in - but NO LIFE GUARD  There are tennis courts/pickleball courts onsite and an easy walking path 2 blocks to the lovely Amelia Island beaches.  Beach chairs and beach towels are provided in the guest closet located in the screened porch.  Pickleball paddles and net available for my guests upon request as it is not left in the condo.
