$1200/wk, $200/night  April through September

$900/wk, $150/night  October through March

Minimum stay 3 days Nov-March, 7 days April-Oct

A marked day on the calendar means that NIGHT is reserved.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS

A $200.00 deposit is required at time of completed Rental Application, refundable after rental ends.

Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival date.

Reservations are confirmed with a valid credit card, certified check, or personal check/cash deposit. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full 31 days prior to arrival.  

CANCELLATIONS

.  14 - 30 days prior to check-in -  50% refund of the Rental Agreement Amount

.  7-13 days prior to check-in - 25% refund of Rental Agreement Amount

.  Less than 7 days prior to check-in - No Refund
